Torre del Mar has four laundries and dry cleaners, in the centre and on Avenida de Andalucía, covering washing, ironing, dry cleaning and self service.

Two different trades under one heading

A lavandería washes, dries and irons by weight or by load. A tintorería is a dry cleaner and handles what water would ruin: suits, coats, wedding dresses, curtains. The same shop often does both, but the price and the turnaround are not the same, so say which one you need.

The self service one solves the holiday problem

There is a coin operated self service laundry in town, open long hours, which is the practical answer for a two week stay in a flat without a washing machine, or for a family of beach towels that will not wait.

With the number of tourist apartments in Torre del Mar, bed linen turnover is steady work. If you manage a flat, ask about a collection and delivery arrangement rather than counting on walk in service in August, which is exactly when these places are at capacity.
