Perfume shops
There are four perfume and cosmetics shops in Torre del Mar, on Calle del Mar and in the centre: a branch of a large Spanish chain and three small independents, one of which sells perfume by weight.

Alongside branded perfumery, Spain has a well established trade in perfumes a granel, scent sold decanted by the millilitre, and equivalence ranges. It is a cheaper way to buy and it is sold openly as what it is, not as a copy of a brand.
The ratings say something about format, not quality
The chain carries more than a hundred public reviews and the lowest score of the four. The small shops hold near perfect scores on a couple of dozen. That is the pattern of a busy self service shop against a counter where someone serves you, and it repeats across every trade in this directory. Read the two numbers together.
A note for the summer
Sun protection is the thing people come in for in July and August, and it is worth buying it here rather than at the beach kiosk price.
