Florists
There are five florists in Torre del Mar, including one that has been trading since 1982 and the town's only garden centre. All of them deliver locally and all of them work weddings and events.
Funerals move fast in Spain
This is the thing nobody explains to a newcomer. A funeral here normally takes place within twenty four to forty eight hours of the death, so flowers are ordered the same day and delivered to the funeral home, not weeks later to a church. If you need to send them, ring rather than order online, and say which funeral home.
The first of November is the busiest day of their year
All Saints' Day is when families visit the cemetery and it is the peak of the flower trade in Spain. Order ahead. Note that the municipal cemetery is in Vélez-Málaga, not in Torre del Mar.
