Electronics and appliances
Torre del Mar has local shops for white goods, telephony and phone repair, on Avenida de Andalucía and Calle Doctor Fleming, including an outlet for appliances. The large electronics store people search for is not in the town: it is in the shopping centre on the road to Vélez-Málaga, about three kilometres away and already in a different postcode.
The warranty is longer than you think
For anything bought in Spain since 1 January 2022, the legal guarantee on goods is three years, not two. It is a legal right against the seller, so keep the receipt and go back to the shop that sold it rather than to the manufacturer.
Repair is a real option here
The town has dedicated phone and electronics repair, which for a screen or a battery is normally faster and cheaper than any warranty route. There is a separate listing for computer repair under services.
One practical note on installation
Ask whether delivery includes connecting the appliance and taking the old one away. With washing machines in older buildings it is the part that goes wrong, and it is easier to agree at the counter than on the doorstep.
