Boraz Chiringo Club sits in the middle ground that this beach has learned to occupy. It keeps the wood fire and the sardine skewer of the old chiringuito, and it adds the terrace, the drinks and the pace of a beach club. A 4.5 held up by more than three thousand people says the balance works.
For a visitor that middle ground is genuinely useful. Among the large houses of the Poniente promenade this is the one I would pick if I had to choose only one.
Practical detail worth knowing: the Poniente stretch is the western side of the beach, walkable from the centre in about ten minutes along the seafront, and the free parking bays behind it fill up before noon in August. Come on foot if your accommodation allows it.
