Physiotherapy

Physiotherapist and osteopath are not the same thing
This matters when there is an actual injury involved rather than a stiff back. In Spain the physiotherapist holds a regulated healthcare qualification. Osteopathy is not regulated in the same way. Both may help you, but only one is a health professional in the legal sense.
Two practical notes
- Check whether your insurance covers the sessions. Many health policies cover a limited number per year, and several clinics here work with insurers.
- Be wary of a long course of sessions sold on the first visit. The sensible order is to assess first and decide the number of sessions afterwards, not the other way round.
