I publish it because the directory ranks everybody by the same rule and because hiding it would be worse. I would also read it with the trade in mind: an administrator says no on behalf of the community far more often than it says yes, and the person who receives the no writes the review.

You did not choose your administrator, and you can change it

This is the part that catches out owners from abroad. The administrator is engaged by the community as a whole, so you cannot leave individually the way you would change a bank. What you can do is put the appointment on the agenda of the general meeting and vote. Any owner who is up to date with the fees can request it in writing before the meeting is called. If your building is unhappy, that is the mechanism, and it works.
