Torre del Mar has five hotels, which makes the choice quick. They are all inside the town, so none of them leaves you stranded.

The five

• BQ Andalucía Beach, four stars on the western promenade, front line with a pool. It is the most reviewed hotel in town by a wide margin, with over 1,600 public reviews and a 4.3 average.
• Hotel Torremar, four stars in Calle Saladero Viejo, near the beach and the centre.
• Hotel Mainake, four stars in Calle los Fenicios, a few metres from the sand and the quietest of the central ones.
• Hotel Loimar, three stars in Calle Santa Margarita. The best rated of the cheaper options.
• Hotel Miraya, two stars in the front line of the promenade, with more than twenty-five years behind it.

Two things worth knowing

Stars do not decide quality here. In our comparison the three-star Loimar sits above the four-star Torremar, because its guest rating is above the local average and the other one's is below it.

Book months ahead for August, for the town fair in late July and for the Weekend Beach Festival. Five hotels for the whole town means rooms disappear earlier than in bigger resorts. And ask about parking when you book, because not all of them have their own.
