# Administración de Fincas MG Asesores

**MG Asesores** combines the management of communities with advisory work, from **Calle Pintor Cipriano Maldonado**. Its 3.9 over 24 reviews leaves it below the top of a trade whose top is not high.

## The certificate you will need the day you sell

To sell a flat in Spain the notary will ask for a certificate from the administrator stating that you owe the community nothing. Without it the sale does not complete, and it is issued by the same office you may not have spoken to in years.

Two practical consequences. Ask for it several weeks before the signing date, because these offices are small and August exists. And if there is a debt, or a special levy already approved and not yet charged, settle who pays it in the contract rather than at the notary's table, because an approved levy travels with the flat to the new owner unless you agree otherwise.
