# Administraciones Pareja

**Administraciones Pareja** manages communities of owners from a third floor on **Calle del Mar**, in the centre. Its **4.9 over 42 reviews** is not simply a good number, it is the best by a distance in a trade where nobody else here reaches 4.9, and where the average sits far lower than in any other sector of this directory.

## What a property administrator actually does

If you own a flat in Spain you belong to a _comunidad de propietarios_, and the administrator is the professional the community hires to run it: keep the accounts, collect the monthly fees, call the annual meeting, write up what was agreed and then carry it out. Repairs, insurance, the lift contract, the pool.

It is a job where doing it well is invisible and doing it badly is felt by everyone in the building at once. That is the context for the ratings in this trade, and the reason a 4.9 here means more than a 4.9 in a restaurant.
