# Inmobiliaria Garrido

**Inmobiliaria Garrido** works from the northern stretch of **Avenida de Andalucía** and carries **476 reviews at a 4.9**. In a trade where nobody comes back next month and every deal is a one off, gathering that many opinions takes years of closing sales rather than a good week.

It covers buying, selling and letting in the town and its surroundings, which is the ordinary work of a local agency and the reason it sees so many people.

## The document I would ask for on day one

Ask for the _nota simple_ of any property before you fall in love with it. It is a short extract from the land registry, it costs almost nothing, and it tells you who really owns the place, how many square metres are registered, and whether there is a mortgage or a charge still attached. Foreign buyers often see it for the first time at the notary, which is far too late. Any serious agency here will have it ready or get it in a day.
