# Bus tickets

The local travel card is **bought at the bus station in Torre del Mar, from 6 am to 10 pm**. That is the only sales point in town. Once you have the card, **you top it up on board the bus**, so you do not have to go back to the station.

## Which one suits you

At the single fare, twenty-four journeys a month cost 31.20 €, which is more than topping up the monthly card. So from roughly one return trip a day on weekdays, the monthly card wins. Below two journeys a week, the 10-journey card is the sensible one, not least because it expires by journeys rather than by month.

One useful detail: **the 10-journey card can be used by several people at once**, validating it as many times as there are passengers. The monthly and youth cards are personal and non-transferable.
