# VCL Multiservicios Reformas

**VCL Multiservicios Reformas** operates from **Calle Doctor Fleming**, in the north of the town, combining renovation with the loose maintenance jobs a home throws up. Its 4.0 over 16 reviews sits in the middle of the trade.

## Builder or multiservicios, and why the difference matters

Most of this trade in Torre del Mar advertises itself as _multiservicios_, which means a small team that can turn its hand to most things. That is genuinely useful for a flat that needs ten different small jobs, and it is a different proposition from a builder taking on a full refurbishment with trades underneath.

The way to protect yourself is the same either way: get the scope written down. Not a price on a message, a list of what is included, what is not, and what happens to the rubble. Waste removal is the item most often left out of a quote in this trade, and in a town with narrow streets and no parking it is not a small cost.
