All eight pharmacies in Torre del Mar carry a public rating, with just under **600 reviews** between them as of 19 September 2026. That is a small number, and it makes this ranking unusually sensitive: a handful of new opinions can move the order.

## What is actually being ranked

Prescription medicine prices are regulated and the same in every pharmacy in Spain. So what these reviews measure is the counter: the advice, the patience, whether someone remembered your name. That is the only place a pharmacy can differentiate itself, and it is exactly what the score picks up here.

## A Spanish pharmacy does more than you expect

Pharmacists here resolve a great deal without a doctor: minor complaints, dressings, blood pressure, advice on what needs a prescription and what does not. For anything small, this is the first door to try, not the last.

## The duty pharmacy rotates

There is always one pharmacy on duty out of hours, and the rota changes. It is published by the provincial pharmacists' association, and the only safe way to know today's is to check the official listing for the day. Reproducing a rota on a web page would be a good way to send someone to a closed door at two in the morning.
